What’s the deal with herb infused?

Simply put, you do not receive all the benefits of herbs from essential oils alone. Many plant compounds cannot be extracted through the distillation process due to their higher molecular weight. While the aroma will be present, vitamins and minerals will be left behind. Essential oils have their place in our products but when healing properties are needed, we infuse with whole, organic herbs.

Why should I care about the ingredients in my skincare?

We’ve all heard it but seem to forget that our skin is our largest organ AND first line of defense to the outside world. Whatever we put on our skin is absorbed and can sit in our other organs for years due to all of the synthetic ingredients our body doesn’t know how to filter out. All of our products are formulated using minimally processed, whole ingredients and carrier oils. We care about your health just as much as we do ours!

How do you source your ingredients?

Thorough research has been done into each supplier. All of the herbs we use are Organic. Our oils come from suppliers that share our views on lessening our impact on the environment. In addition to the ingredients, we use all repurposable packaging.

Where are your products made?

All of the products are handmade in small batches at our shop in Golden, CO

What is the shelf life of your products?

With making these products in small batches we are able to ensure nothing sits on the shelf for long before reaching your hands. When kept in a climate controlled environment, away from direct sunlight, these products will last for a year or more. If you have questions about specific products please feel free to reach out.

Do you test your products on animals?

Never! And neither do our suppliers. We do have an Insect Repellent Spray that is specially formulated to be safe for pets(two paws up from our dogs!) We also have a number of products that are safe to use on your pets but aren’t marketed that way. If you have questions about safety and your pet please reach out.

Why don’t you sell your creams, lotion bars, and salves online?

Quality control is important to us! That being said, due to the fluctuating temperatures throughout the shipping process, we are not offering any of these products for shipment. Sure, we could add stabilizers to them but that would defeat the whole concept of truly natural skincare. Always available at our brick and mortar locations as well as events. Do you sell in stores?

Yes! We are expanding our products from farmer’s markets and online to stores and it is ever changing. We would love to hear from you if you’d like to get us on your shelves!

Do you accept returns?

We stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. If that isn’t the case, please reach out and we’ll make it right!

What are your shipping times like?

We offer a variety of shipping options so you can choose what’s best for you. Due to the small batch and herb infused nature of our products, it may take us up to 3 days to get your product in the mail but generally we ship the package the next day.

Do you do custom orders?

Although we generally stick within our standard stock of products, I’m happy to discuss custom orders at an additional price. We know people have allergies/sensitivities and don't want that to be a barrier to getting high quality, natural skincare.
